How is it that he progressed into becoming a God? Some other questions about verse 20. If gods have no end, what does it say of the non-gods? Do they have an end? Can non-gods also be from everlasting to everlasting? Do non-gods also continue? Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden, were made in God’s image but they were not gods. They became as God when they ate from the forbidden tree. Glorification is God's ultimate act of removing sin from the lives of the saints, making them blameless as they stand before Him in eternal glory. I find that LDS theology equates “we shall be like him (like God)” with “we shall be him (a God)”. He created us for his glory, not ours. Apart from that, I don’t know as he has not revealed a lot of his purposes. “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him”. God doesn’t need us. Who brought about Heavenly Father’s immortality and eternal life and how? Who formed your heavenly father? Snow’s couplet means God was not a God when he was once a man and that man can be made into a God sometime in the future. Following your thought leads to spirit children of these future Gods worshipping their own Father God (as you mentioned, “the only God they have to do with”).

By "yet future", are you saying they have not yet started developing in their pre-mortal life? Will they be involved in a future war in heaven with another Lucifer-to-be?

Which text explains the first part or slavery for a second part?

Would each world get a different ratio from our earth (different from one-third) of those who became angels to the devil?

Were spirit children committing evil as the devil was tempting them in their celestial home when they lived with the Father?

Revelation 12:4 says “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born”. Does this third part only apply to one earth or all the other earths?

What good or bad choice(s) did those spirit children born after the war make to come to earth to obtain a physical body or fail to get a body?

My questions are drawn from what I read in the church’s gospel topics. When 1/3 of Heavenly Father’s spirit children followed Satan and 2/3 followed Jesus Christ, would this mean that Heavenly Father ceased to have any future spirit children after the war in heaven? Or did all the spirit children born after the war still need to grow up to maturity and make a choice to keep the 1/3 and 2/3 ratios intact? Prior to this war, were all the spirit children of heavenly parents of sufficient age to make an informed choice or were they like those of Nineveh who could not discern between their right and left hands?

“And after that ye were blessed then fulfilleth the Father the covenant which he made with Abraham, saying: In thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed—unto the pouring out of the Holy Ghost through me upon the Gentiles, which blessing upon the Gentiles shall make them mighty above all, unto the scattering of my people, O house of Israel. And they shall be a scourge unto the people of this land. Nevertheless, when they shall have received the fulness of my gospel, then if they shall harden their hearts against me I will return their iniquities upon their own heads, saith the Father”. Upon which Gentiles was the Holy Ghost poured upon to scatter God’s people? Is this a unique occurrence or does it apply to other instances of scatterings?
