Advice on a recent family experience

I have to admit that I sometimes, selfishly, I want my kids and grandkids to come to church with me so I can show them off. I am a bit envious of people whose families come to church with them, even if it is just on holidays. However, I have to remind myself that it isn’t worth it if my kids are going to be miserable or uncomfortable. OTOH, when the grandkids stay overnight, no one minds if I take them to church so I get my fix that way, lol. -

I would imagine Hitler and the like will be busy repenting or in outer darkness or both.

I agree with Calm. I think we are aware of our living loved ones, possibly checking in on them from time to time. I have no proof, it is just a feeling I have. I have also wondered if it is possible that spiritual time works in such a way that we are never really apart. No matter when we die, we all end up in the spirit world at the same time. Again, nothing to go on, just my own random thoughts.
