Oh, maybe, but...

I prefer to be doing "ancillary" things. Clerk, secretary, teacher, specialist of one sort or another. But last year got called as elders quorum president. I was rather dismayed, to tell the truth! I'm not leader material. But by the time I was released recently for another calling, I felt like I had grown into it somewhat, and was starting to enjoy being of service in the ward. I actually didn't want to be released!

What I'm doing now is considered to be leadership, but at least I'm not presiding any longer. Which is a load off my mind.
