I also find all the references to “Mormonism” interesting. I didn’t get the connection between Joseph Smith raising his hand and the bloody hand, but I could see how that would be offensive. I’ve only watched the first episode, so it may jump the shark for me at some point. I do think Andrew Garfield is doing a good job, so far. I don’t have any issue with the actors so far, except maybe the elderly neighbour…but maybe his instruction was to walk around like the life had been sucked out of him. 1

I could be wrong about the font and the lighting might be making it darker.
