Did the head disappear as the papyri was removed from the mummy?

A very slow discussion, using some terms which most people will not understand: "syncretizing" As to restorations of missing material, that is always going to be problematic. Lower Register: Canaanite goddess ʻAnath (= Egyptian Nephthys) sits on a throne with the crown of Osiris receiving her worshipers and wielding weapons of war (British Museum Relief 646).
