What about quality of sound?  That really bugs me with zoom, organ going in and out. 

Our ward uses recorded Tabernacle choir for the music and they put the words on the screen to sing along.

We've struggled with that.   The best solution so far is to have the person doing the broadcast, dialing in with his phone and listening to the sound quality.  That way they can turn up and down the volume as needed.
