It's like our superpower. 4:30 is actually the time that our ward activity days leaders selected (that's what we currently do). I think they like it because they can finish activity days, go home and have a quick dinner as a family, then send their older kids off to YW/YM. Most of the moms in our ward do not work outside the home, of those who do, many work in schools and are done by 3:30. 2

And everything I’ve heard or read about this new program is that it is designed to be very flexible. I imagine that the way my ward (with about 120 kids between 8-18) implements the program will be very different than a branch in the Philippines. And that’s a good thing. 2
