As their is no duty of care in casting out devils as the court doesn't recognize the value of such action.
Avatar4321 Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 additionally there is no way to prove in a court of law that the demon wasn't cast out, nor to prove it didn't return because of the individuals agency, nor that they were in deed possessed to begin with. if you think someone is getting sued for failing to cast out a demon, then you need to think it through.
