I would like to start a topic in the General Discussion, but it seems like posting here is the only option for me. What can qualify me to start a topic in the General Discussion? Cheers!

Smith Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 (edited) I think you have to have made a certain number of regular posts before you can start a topic, but I can't recall how many, and that number is not listed in the Guidelines.
