Maybe I am missing something in conversation about people having issues with them charging money for their product. Is it: 1) that the price is too expensive or 2) that they should provide the product for free?

1) If it is too expensive, let them know or don't but the product. You always have to decide if you think a price of any product is worth what someone is asking. I think they are just provide an alternative way to carry oil. People don't always have their keychains, so it might help them be prepared by having one in a wallet, purse, car, etc.. Nothing wrong with that right?

2) If they have to provide the product for free then you are really saying the product shouldn't exist at all, because any company has to make money on their product in order to stay in business. Even non-profits charge for products and services. What I really don't get is why this is any different than any other Christian or LDS product that is sold. For example, last I checked the LDS church doesn't give out garments for free (you still have to pay for them). When you go to get a triple combination at the store, last I checked it still has a price tag. Of if you buy a picture of Christ to hang at your house you still have to pay for it. Even when you buy olive oil you have to pay for the olive oil and the container (be it a key chain, plastic bottle, or whatever). How is this any different? They aren't selling blessing are they? Otherwise if I can really buy a blessing for $2 that works sounds like a great deal. 

So I guess I don't follow the issue here. Can anyone clarify things?
