That was what I was talking about with the drive through interviews anyway. The president asks how things are going with your companion, those you teach and your own visiting teachers sometimes. Some may ask other things as well. My wards have had them every 5-6 years. Yes, this is what i was referring to as well. Though they are supposed to happen yearly I think (most of the wards i've been in have been good at that, but not all of them).
