Chapter 14: Marriage And Family - Ordained Of God

I like that too.  I have spent most of my working life as a criminal lawyer.  So many of those who appear in Court are from dysfunctional families and broken homes.  I have seen so many children who have suffered from neglect, abuse, a lack of love and discipline and have offended into adulthood. (not saying that all that are in difficult circumstances offend, nor that all offenders come from broken homes, but that many offenders have broken homes).   And I have also worked in family law - where it is worse.  A respectful, loving and stable family home (and family can have a number of permutations) is so important to the individual and to society.

I completely understand what you are saying. When I worked as a juvenile attorney I saw the same things. It really gave me a testimony of how important it is to have both parents. I'd say 90% of the kids I represented came from broken homes.
