rpn Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 The biblical description would not allow for a round ark, but what the new finding says to me is that the story of the flood survived in multiple cultures (with details different).
knowone Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Has anyone been following this story on CNN? i havent beeen following it, since it seems pretty clear cut. the boat was round, like mentioned in ether. the scientists say it must be an allegory or a psalm because all animals couldnt possible fit on a boat with dimensions described. however, being a missionary in ecuador, there is a treasure hoard that everyone has been seeking called the tayos cave, & in this cave, there is said to be many miniature animal statues. my theory is that God had noah create animal statues & had them place blood from these animals inside the statues & these are what he took in the ark. when the ark landed, he then told them to place all the animals on dry ground somewhere & to stay hidden in the ark. when they followed this correctly, God must have done some sort of DNA thing with the animal statues & then all the animals were running around dry land. oh & of course the big thing about the ark landing in south america instead of the ancient land. it wouldnt surprise me at all. 1
