Tacenda Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Yes, I believe you won't get a TR if you don't pay a full tithe on income received, therefore you won't partake of the covenant in the temple needed to progress to the highest level, and added to that, you possibly need to live polygamy on that level according to some past church leaders, but they have most likely been trumped by current leaders.

I can't pay tithing and I don't have a TR and I die before being able to be rebaptized. Am I out of luck?Suppose I am a member of the Church and have a drug problem and was refused a TR because of that, but I'm trying to break the habit, but before doing that, I die. Am I out of luck?I believe that Jesus sits in the judgement seat and he judges us all with lots of love and mercy whether we had a TR or not when we die.

And part of that is doing work for the dead, so I guess all is not lost if you are an LDS believing person, which I thought you were. But don't bother answering because that's none of my business.
