Interpreters Found Resting Atop The Plates?

Does anyone happen to recall the source or sources that say Joseph found the interpreters in the stone box resting atop the plates?

I'm almost certain I recall this, and it's highly relevant to what I'm writing.  So if you do, please let me know. =)

Is this what you had in mind? ... doesn't say on top of the plates though.  Would

position matter?

"Also, that there were two stones in silver bows—and these stones, fastened to a

breastplate, constituted what is called the Urim and Thummim—deposited with the

plates; and the possession and use of these stones were what constituted “seers”

in ancient or former times; and that God had prepared them for the purpose of

translating the book".

Thanks,

Thanks, Jim. That places the interpreters with the plates. I think there is one that places the interpreters on the plates, though I could be wrong. It matters because it would help assess the value of another source I'm looking at, which places the interpreters between some of the plates.
