Fda Shutting Down Lds Canneries

I was actually working at our area cannery yesterday (clean up crew, my wife was assigned and she guilted me into into going with her) and asked about the issue. They had heard of it and referenced the D-News article that has already been referenced in this thread. They seemed to know something of Kellene Bishop; they said she was a known scam artist and self-styles herself as a prophetess.

I actually had a good time and bought a mixed case of product. I won't be eating any of it soon though as I have put myself on induction (Atkins) again. We had a sort of prayer/introductory/training meeting beforehand and the the people there testified of importance of the work they were doing and said they felt the same as when doing work in the temple. They were very humorous and said that while their work involved saving the living, if they couldn't help them, then the temple would help them if they died. I'm sure my paraphrase here doesn't do it justice.

Now when I lived in Dallas, their facility produced peanut butter. We had some of that from time to time and the oil was always on top and you had to stir it, with some difficulty, to get it reasonably ready. I heard that facility is still there and they still make peanut butter. Anyone know if they've improved it yet? This would have been 35 years ago and more.

Don't put your peanut butter in the refrigerator, and about every 1/2 month or so turn the jar/can upside down. Better yet use it up fast enough so it doesn't separate. You can use peanut butter in a wide range of dishes including meats.

I don't know if it constitutes evidence or if it's just another iteration of the rumor. The author writes, "Now this is just another effort to make us more dependent on ‘Them’ [the government.}." I don't know if that's true either, but it wouldn't surprise me.

We are all dependent on the government. The fact that he uses the internet proves it.

Also if that person can't meet the basic health standards established by the FDA. I would never accept an invite to dinner from him.

We are all dependent on the government. The fact that he uses the internet proves it.

Also if that person can't meet the basic health standards established by the FDA. I would never accept an invite to dinner from him.

Because we currently get some services from government, we should expect to get all services therefrom? Do we ask the government for our bread or do we get it from the gods, nature and our own labor? When deciding if it's a good idea to use your snow-blower on your roof, do you ask a government agent or your common sense? When deciding if you should accept someone's sexual advances, do you ask the government or your Father in Heaven?

In every case, I would like to be allowed to choose the latter.

The government has no interest here other than maintaining food standards, if you must find a sinister conspiracy, you need look no farther than the large industrial suppliers who use the system to weed out the little guys.

We do ask the government to establish food safety and nutrition standards for bread. Very few of us are little red hens. I'm not sure that God makes bread, or that he needs it to live. Probably nature and our own labors. Whether it is to earn the money to buy the bread, or use nature to help us make the bread.

Actually government establishes live and dead loads on buildings, including my home. Ask the Bangladesh garment workers how effective relying on someone else's common sense was.

Government establishes legal minimum age for consensual sex. I don't know of many couples that would want their fathers looking under the bedsheets.

Your choice. However with Agency comes some whom that don't believe there should be any man made laws that constrain their behaviors.
