why me Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I would propose that we remember Bertrand Russell's powerful reply to a Christian who asked him something similar, when he finally gets to stand in front of God and God is sternly looking at him through knitted brows just why Russell did not believe in God, Russell unhesitatingly responded he would tell God "Not enough evidence God, not enough evidence."And God would respond: My dear son, Kerry, were not my flowers enough evidence for you...? Were not the changing seasons evidence for you...? Were not the trees, the mountains, oceans, fish of the seas evidence for you....? And was not you being you...made in my likeness evidence for you....? Etc...etc...etc....And how would Kerry respond?
why me Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 It matters what we do with our lives, not what we believe.And both are connected making a beautiful circle. How we do life is based on what we believe....and we see this being played out daily with humanity or lack of humanity.
