Since I don't believe in any "one true way to consume lemons," you could consider me a lemon loving universalist. I love lemons, too! When we go out to eat at a restaurant, invariably some part of the meal will consist of a slice of lemon added as a garnish. I eat that right away. If anyone else has one, I ask if they're going to eat it, and if not I beg it from them. One of my favorite drinks (besides dill pickle juice) is the juice of about four lemons in 24 oz of water, preferably with a little salt. Yumm!
