David T Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Actually, the CHL just started the process of scanning them all in, and uploading them as full PDFs. Example: 1870 Conference Reports - you can subscribe to their RSS feed (or Facebook Page) to get updates on when things are added to the archive.
