Nathair/|\ Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 http://unitedwithisrael.org/here-comes-another-lost-tribe/ The Bnei Menashe, or “sons of Manasseh,” are descendants of one of the 10 lost tribes of Israel, which were exiled by the Assyrian empire more than 27 centuries ago. The community, which numbers 7,232 people, resides primarily in the Indian states of Mizoram and Manipur, along the border with Burma and Bangladesh. It seems this community is in the process of returning home. Don't we have revelation on that?

Don't we have revelation on that?In my faith, these people are not true Israelites at all. They may have some true Israelite blood in them, maybe even Manasseh blood in them, but they lack the true signs of Israel.Besides (again in my faith), the latter day gathering of Israel will begin first with the gathering of the tribes of Judah, and the portion of Benjamin and Levi that remained with Judah. They were the last to be scattered, so they will be the first to be gathered. Then later, the gathering of the other 10 tribes will come about.Richard
alter idem Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 One down, nine to go! Stargazer, there are no coincidences.
toon Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 Seriously? The groups claims descent, but this is based on some a purported 1951 vision or dream.
