Yes, but the water is filthy anyway... why you would want to drink out of that fountain I have no idea... better to stick to the Rod and eat magic fruit than drink water polluted with sacred cow urine.

I prefer heretical.

That works too but Walker was looking for a title that was neutral which orthodox is. It's the kind nice way to say you are not sure about everything the Church teaches, but so still believe in God!

This deals with doctrine not scripture, there is slight differences with them.

For example all the GC talks and Ensign/Liahona articles from the GA's are considered inspired (or scriptures) even though they are not sustained like revelations that lead to doctrine are.

You have revelation which is doctrine, and inspired words which is scripture and subject to error.

Doctrine is seen more permanent and unchanging in nature while scripture is subject to more error and misinterpretation, IMO
