Please explain what you mean by "everything else that is uncreate". Like what?

D&C 93:29 "Intelligence, or the light of truth, was not created or made, neither indeed can be."

This intelligence is "uncreate" where I use the word to mean without creation as opposed to removing or undoing creation.

Additionally, but less obviously so form the scriptures, there is some aspect of matter which is self-existent. There is matter-energy conversion, but even then certain conservation laws (like charge) have to be obeyed. The scriptures and prophets don't get into that though.
