Orthodox Christian Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 A very happy and blessed Christmas to you all. I would like to share a couple of extracts from our Christmas Services. "How shall I tell of this great mystery? He who is without body becomes incarnate; the Word puts on a body; the Invisible is seen; He whom no hand can touch is handled; and He who knows no beginning now begins to be. The Son of God becomes the Son of man: Jesus Christ, the same yesterday and today and forever". And the reason: "Brethren, when the fulness of time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath and sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son: and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. " It never ceases to amaze me, it is truly awesome. Merry Christmas. 2
