I think it comes with lots of practice. I don't think they aren't smart or inept, I just think they aren't use to using the grammar they learned in school. Granted. But I was referring specifically to persisting in a single error immediately after one has been corrected. There have been times when I have been corrected on this board for writing errors. I have always tried to receive and implement the corrections graciously and cheerfully. It requires no great effort to do so. Just a bit of humility. Link to comment
