I figured they would, but if they waited until later, they could have screwed up finals and projects for nothing because the students would be scrambling to find out info, scrambling to find funds, maybe part time work, and stressing when they don't need more stress. ---- I wonder if there was some confusion that occurred because the Student Health Center won't accept Medicaid. Someone maybe heard that and assume it meant something else, thought eliminating it as an option was more "consistent".
