Calvary Chapel Visit Today

Today I did not have to work so not having visited one of our local Calvary Chapels in some time I thought I would go by there Main office and look at there pictures with scriptural references underneath and go into there bookstore to see if they had a pre 2011 NIV Bible [Reason being that post 2011 NIV Bibles have been taken off there bookshelf due to individuals on the translating committee changing scripture in the post 2011 bibles which have to do with gender problems in reference to God, I asked one of the bookstore staff about men changing God's Word and they gave me an uncomfortable facial expression affirming it was true]  I want to obtain a pre 2011 leather bound NIV Bible to supplement the paperback copy I have. There were some new individuals there  that I had not met so I introduced myself to them and let them each know I was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Each one was Christlike and charitable with me and was glad I was there.

I met Stephan who works there at times and who's wife helps run the Church bookstore there. We talked for approx. 20 minutes about each other, I gave him my True Grace Empowered Salvation Soteriological  journey, quest, search to enter the Kingdom of God and of His Christ. He was kind and shared with me one of The 1 God only passages in Isaiah about there being only 1 God and we could never become god's. I thanked him for sharing and told him that the scripture he shared was one of the Divine Assembly, Counsel, Court scenes in the Old Testament where the pre mortal God Christ Jesus is speaking about his position not absoluteness in reference to Israel.  He also shared 1Tim 2:5 about 1 God and 1 mediator between God and man. Which I did not get the chance due to time but will in the future when we meet again the 1 God is The Monarch of The Universe God The Father, not taking away that Jesus also being God along with the HolyGhost/Spirit being God in True Nature and are members of the Ancient/Monarch/Eastern/Economic/Essential/Godhead/Trinity [ A phrase I use when speaking with others in a ecclesiastical setting]. One God in one sense and Plural in another sense depending how you explain them.  He also was against anything written outside the Bible in Christian History by any individual regarding the above subjects/topics because that was just that individuals opinion but if it could not be back up with the Bible then it is mans word and not God's word. I then preceded to let him know  that these individuals in Christian History used the Bible in there writings, but we left it at that and said God Bless you to one another and shook hands and left. We will meet again in the future when I visit.

I must say they it was a a good day, once again the Staff there were Christlike and Charitable, no attacks, condemnations or rudeness, felt some Love there. Wish all of my talks with evangelicals were to positive.

I would merely ask, then do you believe Christ is one Elohim with the Father? Answer = yes. So do I.

Do you  believe He will be called the eternal Father and inherit all the Father hath per Isaiah as well? Answer = yes. Then maybe your trinitarian doctrine could use some Biblical revising.... <and leave it at that>
