The only context in which your question would have meaning would be in a specifically Mormon context, in which an Aaronic priest from the tribe of Levi had been fully approved by the First Presidency of the Church to be a bishop (without counselors). Then he could do any such baptisms, in or outside the temple. But I thought you understood that. I must be doing a terrible job explaining my questions today. Of course I meant in the Mormon context. And of course if the Levit converted to Mormonism, then there would be no issue. What I was trying to get your opinion on is if a non-member Levite who holds the Aaronic priesthood in the Jewish faith could perform a recognized baptism for someone entering the Mormon Church since as you said, the jAaronic priesthood is the same priesthood in both religions. Maybe another way of asking a similar question is "If a Levite that held the Aaronic Priesthood in the Jewish faith converted to Mormonism, would iit be necessary for them to be ordained into the Aaronic Priesthood in the Mormon church to perform the duties of the Aaronic Priesthood? I am mostly. curious how closely you are willing to tie these two Aaronic Priesthoods together. Hope that better explains what I am asking. 3 minutes ago, Robert F. The question I always have is whether it is seen as purely happenstantial when real events happen to fit prophecy. How many coincidences are too many when examining the Bayesian probabilities? In other words, when does the preponderance of evidence kick in, if ever? What sort of research design is valid? Does it matter? I would love to do that. Unfortunately I am only aware of the two prophecies you mentioned. I was hoping you were aware of others that you could specifically. share rather than talk in generalities.
