Sexual Abuse and the Church

AHHHH, maybe that the church takes this kind of  behavior VERY SERIOUSLY and CLEARLY finds this bishops actions deplorable.  That the church will never stand behind a bishop who commits sexual abuse and will only treat such a man with distain and condemnation.  

While I agree with most of what you have said, I do not believe the Church should treat a sinner with disdain. They should condemn his/her sin, and should subject the person to the appropriate Church action. However, the Church should never treat anyone badly. Sinners can repent, and renew their lives.
