Jeanne Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 I had a teacher who taught german in Jr. High and spoke 3 other different languages. She was a child during WW2 who later came to the states. She was mormon and I asked her to speak in Sacrament Meeting many years ago. Beautiful story of love and courage. I will never forget her. 2
hope_for_things Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 (edited) David presented at Sunstone in 2015 and talked specifically about his book and I found his presentation very interesting. I think it would be worth checking out. I also read the below book reviews, and there are some interesting points made in these reviews. I still haven't read the book yet, but its on my reading list. I'm not too familiar with much of the history around the Germany saints and the WWII era.
