74shark Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Hi all, I'm happily married going on 14 years. For the mast six months I've been sexually frustrated. My wifes sex drive has diminished but I have a strong sex drive. It's driving me crazy that she doesn't want to have sex as often ad we used to. I've talked to her about it, and she knows I'm frustrated at times, she has reassured me many times that it's not me or anything I've done. Lately though I've been thinking about masturbation to release my stress, and frustration. All I can find about the issue is in the strength of the youth about not having sex before marriage. Well I'm married, I don't view porn, and if it came down for me to masturbate I would think about my wife. I wouldn't be doing it all the time either. Would it be acceptable to think of it this way? I'm not out looking for another woman or anything like that, which would be worse for me. Just looking for suggestion on an issue like this.
