Rain Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 We just switched from cable phone and internet to DSL. I didn't gave them and install because DH is an electrical engineer and has never had a problem before switching back and forth in other houses. Right now he can find one place to plug in the phone and modem. The other places seem to be too small for the wire thing to go in for some reason. Not a great concern to us. The concern we have is that while the phone works, the modem doesn't. I'm assuming DH has taken into account that maybe the modem no longer works as it did 7 months ago. Is it possible that the company just didn't turn on the DSL somehow when they connected us?
