I'm sorry, but in my view, the Chuch and BYU should be operating in the light of day without fear of anything being "leaked." There has been too much obfuscation in the past, and we need to get beyond that.Oh... You are wrong. Leaks of the nature of these Emails may be (I want to say ARE, but I will be reserved) actionable in court in a number of ways. This is not trivial. -- except that Dan Peterson is not likely to be litigious. But if he were, this would be a sufficient issue that he might not have to blog about being unprepared for retirement any longer.

However, you fail to understand the problem we all have with this: the email firing and the leak. These are the two bedbugs that are causing us to itch. And the fact, that it was done by a church institution. That may not be a bedbug but it is a flea at least. So, between two bedbugs and one flea, the names you mentioned a little itchy over this issue.
why me Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 It would be nice to feel like some resolution has occurred instead of being left hanging wondering what has gone on, what is going on and most important what is going to go on.No resolution yet but Tal is beaming over this firing and more or less writing that it was deserved. The critics love what happened to dan and will be glowing over it for quite some time regardless of a resolution or not.
