dougtheavenger Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 (edited) Many news people seem to think that infusing religion into a political campaign is fine when the candidate is Mormon. Here are some questions I would like to ask Obama.President Obama, you are a Christian and the church you attended last Sunday holds doctrine similar to many other Christian denominations. For example they hold that1. According to the scriptures of your church, the priesthood of Aaron was restricted in biblical times by lineage. Only literal descendants of Aaron and members of the tribe of Levi could hold that priesthood. You would not be eligible because you lack the required lineage. How do you feel about that?2. According to the scriptures of your church, the prophet Samuel gave the following command to Saul, "Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ***." What do you have to say about this? Edited May 24, 2012 by dougtheavenger
Jaybear Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 Do you think his answers to those questions have any relationship to how he would govern the country, or approach problem solving?
