RadioFreeDeath Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 So I just recently bought a kindle and after purchasing all my school books etc. im looking for recommendations for good LDS works that are on kindle as well as any apologetics works i can get on kindle. any recommendations?

frankenstein Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I recommend returning the kindle and getting a tablet pc OR get a nook which can be loaded with android software. otherwise, there are free, simple programs for formatting articles to put on the kindle. when I remember what the program is i have used, i will update the post.

Brant Gardner Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 I just saw an announcement that an upgrade is coming that places actual page numbers in the text. This has been a severe drawback to the academic use of a Kindle, and you couldn't cite anything from them without page numbers. Apparently, you may download the upgrade manually now, and it will be pushed when it is out of beta.
