The colours have no meaning at all, I just used them to remember the topics. I've leant my books to an investigator at the moment, so I'm not exactly sure about the other 10 topics.

First 10 topics:

1. Faith (red)
2. Repentance (aqua)
3. Baptism (pink)
4. Holy Ghost (blue)
5. Prayer (yellow)
6. Atonement (brown)
7. Obedience (orange)
8. Charity (green)
9. Humility/Pride (pink)
10. Free agency (purple)

Next 10 topics (still deciding on some of them):

1. Priesthood
2. Prophets
3. Revelation
4. Sacrifice

Not sure I could keep track of ten topics at a time. I might try just one at a time. Going through the Bible, especially, I would think would be a huge task.

May I suggest, for the "Other prominent topics" list, the Temple? I would value knowing the results of your research.
