Its called divine investiture of authority. Christ spoke as God, because he is the INTERMEDIATOR. He is speaking as God. He is Gods agent.It was an "angel of the Lord", it was NOT the Lord. An "angel of the Lord" is an angel of his presence, for the Lord's name is in the angel.

Moses represents Christ as the represent of the lord, or the angel of his presence. just as Christ as the chief angel can be called God because he is speaking as the chief angent or angel of the lords presence. From what you are saying moses would have to be God. The symbolism makes no sense. If God/Jesus are the same individual then how do the prophets represent Christ. The analogy breaks down with such non sense.

[21] Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. [22] But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.)-Isa 63 ( [9] In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.)
