poptart Posted August 31, 2021 Posted August 31, 2021 (edited) Saw this recently, starting to remember why I liked Jordan Peterson years ago. Please keep this civil guys, hoping this gets to be a huge thread with lots of gems we can all look at years down the road. With the current events I have really started to take a good look at myself and the world as it's unfolding as well as looking back in history at not only how things have been (and likely always will be to a great degree) but what men have done about it. I've been an ignorant fool to ignore it and just focus solely on utilitarianism. Nothing wrong with it but I'm starting to see the faults in it just as people long ago did. Anyway, I'll start. This very much made me think, esp with the current events unfolding in front of us. I Mr. Peterson here really gave people something to think about. I attached a few others, one from an Orthodox priest I am quiet fond of. Also, a hymn to Aten, the first attempt at a Monotheistic religion in the Western world (what was anyway).
