When ever there was a son without a father?

You see God and man are the same species.

Hey, Zakuska.

At the top of that pyramid, who's the chief God of all Gods?

Ava,

Nobody.

They are all joint heirs in Christ. Equal partners. The stars of David.

Satans Church is the pyramid plan.

Based on what do you state that God is a figment of a Christian's imagination?

PD1 is propgating an "immaterial" God... or in other words a vacuum.

I think you missed the visual image, but never mind.

How can all the Gods of the Gods be "join heirs in Christ," if Christ was just one of the Gods in the middle?

Explain, please.

No, never mind. Please don't.

No Christian who believes in the trinity believes in a God without a body, because Jesus Christ is/was God incarnate.

I don't understand your comment.

I was attempting to get Zakuska to tell us, if every God had a God who was above him, and his father, who the "Top God" is (in Zakuska's/Mormon theology).

If Jesus Christ the 2nd person of the Trinity [One of a number of trinities] has a Bodily, Corporeal Existence then GOD has a Bodily Corporeal Existence. No way to get around that.

I think it was the Christian Father Tertullian who said we were not to speculate on such things as GOD having a GOD.

But we know that THE LORD OF LIFE CHRIST JESUS has a GOD. Grace.

And what of his father?

God is a Spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

In contrast, Jesus said of himself:

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. (Luke 24:39)

Not even Justin Marytr knew the Answer to that question Ava.

It's "ave", not "Ava."

Ava was a Gardner.

I was trying to make a point with your illogical pyramid, which you missed. We'll let it pass, as any further explanation on my part is not likely to make the question clearer in your mind (or the answer, for that matter).

Yes... and Paul calls this Christ who has a body of flesh and bones a Spirit.

1 Cor. 15: 45

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

2 Cor. 3: 17

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is cliberty

So either Paul is lieing... Christ is Lieing. Or your interpretation of scripture is weighed in the balance and is found wanting.

:P

Tanyan didn't you have that quote from the Catholic Father that refutes Ava's interpretation. You know... the guy who was considered the tops on interpreting John?

You just don't understand the concept of the trinity.

Evangelical Norman Geisler translates "spirit" as "ghost" due to the reaction of the apostles supposing Jesus to have been a "ghost" in there minds. As to John 4:24 I would suggest you read the later worlds leading authority [Catholic] on the gospel of John who staed in the Anchor Bible series [ A World Premier Bible Commentary] that John 4:24 is describing on of GOD'S attributes [Light, Love ect] and its connection to our worshipping GOD in Spirit. I would invite you to read this sentinal commentary/workkk which responds to your position.

John 4:24 does not say anything about God having or not having a body.

John 1 does:

IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The quote from norman Geisler is found in his Book :The Battle For The Resurrection, page 43. The statement by Raymond Brown [Catholic] is found in the Anchore Bible series on John, page 172.

This just states the the WORD was made "Flesh" [Like you or I], and that GOD was there, no statement of any of his Nature other than stateing he was GOD.
