And others think they are one and the same. i have found different manuals that also disagree. what to make of this. "Salvation in its true and full meaning is synonymous with exaltation or eternal life and consists in gaining an inheritance in the highest of the three heavens within the celestial kingdom." "If we use the word salvation to mean eternal life, none of us can say that we have been saved in mortality.
