I am unable to respond there, because the thread is now closed. So, I am opening this one for the purpose of responding and will then immediately close it. As part of a post to california boy, I had said: And the Church is not going to change its doctrine on homosexual behavior being sinful and unacceptable to God. Those who think it will should relinquish such vain expectation. Buckeye than posted this: I'm not saying it will, but didn't you also say that SSM would not come to Utah in your lifetime? To which I now respond: Yes. As it turned out, I had far too much confidence in the justice, wisdom and fairness of the federal judiciary. I won't make that mistake again. But I still have unshaken faith in Jesus Christ and His Church. There is an enormous difference between the Church of Jesus Christ and the federal judiciary. 11
