sethpayne Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 In another thread, Ahab called homosexual behavior a"crime against humanity."According to the source of all knowledge, Wikipedia, such crimes are defined:"Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population, before or during the war, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds in execution of or in connection with any crime within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, whether or not in violation of the domestic law of the country where perpetrated".I certainly understand why LDS doctrine opposes homosexual behavior. But I am curious as to how many here consider homosexuality to rise to the level of crimes like genocide?

I don't consider it a crime against humanity.
volgadon Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 I consider homosexual intercourse a sin, but it is not anywhere near as bad as genocide. Not in a million years.
Duncan Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 (edited) deportation is a crime? how is that on the list? I don't want some criminal raggamuffin crossing into my country, we need to kick them out and hand them over to their authorities to face their laws-not to derail Edited January 17, 2013 by Duncan
DavidB Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 I'll wager that labeling it a crime against humanity is a board violation and/or labeling it as such has is about non-procreative intercourse.
sethpayne Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 DuncanI think they are referring to mass deportation of an ethnic group. Not run of the mill INS deportations 2
