Sorry, but you do have some crazy ideas. Adam and eve were immortal before the Fall. The scriptures are too many to quote.

The first one is when Satan told Eve, "You will not die," but we all know what a liar he was.

One was talking about spiritual death. The other was talking about physical death.

Genesis 3:

[3] But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

[4] And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die

What does this mean? It means God told them they were NOT immortal, but quite mortal, and if they ate the fruit they would die. This doesn't mean there was something bad in the fruit that transformed immortals to mortals (because the actual mechanism of death would be losing access to another tree) and Satan knew that subtle point full well when he told the woman the fruit was not lethal.
