D&C 59:22 Behold, this is according to the law and the prophets; wherefore, trouble me no more concerning this matter.

It's late for me and perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but what is it that the Lord is instructing Joseph to stop troubling him about?

Also, does it seem, from this scripture or others you're aware of, that the Lord gets annoyed with us pestering...asking him stuff?

I can't remember about that verse, but another time Joseph was asking the Lord when the Second Coming would take place and He responded with the same thing. I don't think the Lord gets annoyed with us, per se, but there are some things He won't tell us yet, so it won't do us any good to constantly ask Him about it.

In my experience, the Lord is pretty patient.

On the other hand, if you keep pestering Him about whether you should do something that you've already gotten an answer about, ("No!"), trying to get a "second opinion" (or more to the point, trying to convince the Lord that His first answer might have been incorrect), I've found that He may eventually say, in effect, "Ok, I see that you're going to do what you want, regardless of what I've told you, so go for it. But fair warning! You're going to come back later, whining about how it didn't work out the way you thought."

That's also by personal experience.
