Thinking Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Hayden Walton died after being hit by a pitched ball in the chest while attempting to bunt during a little league baseball game.Hayden Walton FuneralWhy would the visitation on June 6th be at a Baptist church and the funeral on June 7th at the Winslow LDS Stake Center?Hayden and his family belong to the Baptist Church. Its building was not big enough to hold the anticipated large crowd. The Winslow LDS stake offered its building to the family. I must compliment the Winslow LDS Stake for an extremely kind gesture during a very difficult time for the Walton family and the Winslow community.
