New Temple Website

In light of a recent thread in the "General Discussions" forum of this board it might be of interest to some people to know that a new LDS temple website was created awhile ago in conjunction with the EXPOUND website (expoundlds.com) and its annual symposium.

The address for the temple page is: http://expoundlds.com/temples.html

So far there are 193 links to books and articles on this page (not counting the individual articles within each book) and also additional bibliographical information.

There will be several talks at the EXPOUND symposium (14 May 2011) focusing on biblical temple themes.

There are plans in progress for further, in-depth explorations of temple material in the Bible.

One of the temple-centered talks at the EXPOUND Symposium this year (14 May 2011) will be by David Larsen. His talk is entitled:

"The Psalms as a Key to Understanding the Rituals of the First Temple"

The EXPOUND temple page has now been updated and includes 200 links to books, articles, and websites (not including numerous articles within each book and unlinked bibliographic references).

One of the articles that is receiving a substantial amount of attention lately is the one on 'garments.'
