I watched an article on the history channel last night. Derrick Amato bonked his head in the shallow end of a pool, severe concussion, a few days later he learns he has instantly developed the ability to play piano. At a highly skilled level.

Why would this guy's brain have stored knowledge in it some where as to how to play the piano....expertly, when he has never struck a note in his life?

Makes me think knowledge is stored in the universe, and his subconscious mind found a channel.
