Lance in TX Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 I was looking around on a political site and saw this article...As Evangelicals Falter, Catholics and Mormons Leadhttp://www.patheos.com/Resources/Additional-Resources/Evangelicals-Falter-Catholics-and-Mormons-Lead?offset=1&max=1#I found it to be a article that was really nice towards the LDS people and pointing out how Evangelicals need to do more.I thought I would pass it along and see what others think of it. Some of the comments are anti-LDS (as would be expected) but most are pretty positive towards us.

Some of the comments are anti-LDS (as would be expected) but most are pretty positive towards us. This is hardly surprising. Evangelicals have never been a unified agent of political change, at least not since their early days when they were under the thumb of the Anglican church and were fighting for an equal right to exist. At the time the Anglican Church was the defacto state church in the US Colonies.
Calm Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Very positive overall comments, I was quite happy to see. There is a thread already on this in the "In the News" section so don't be surprised if the mods combine them.
