I know there is the debate over the suffix an, but has anyone tried to read the name as Pa-Horon?

Horon was a Canaanite, or rather, Semitic god also popular in Egypt. http://www.jstor.org/pss/542437

The two Beit-Horons of the Bible were probably a cultic center of this divinity.

Are you calling our beloved Pahoran a two-bait horon?
