Today's Deseret Morning News coverage of the Romney speech includes this essay from Orson Scott Card, nationally known science fiction writer and Mormon. In it he argues that the Mormon doctrine about God is actually closer in concept to the Bible than is so-called "traditional Christianity," which contains a significant measure of neoplatonism.
