Lyndon W. Cook Article

I need some help locating an article (I've already searched google several times) that I read within the last year - I don't recall if it was in a journal or a stand alone article.  I'm 99.5% sure it was authored by Lyndon W. Cook and he provided good contextualization and analysis for some changes in the united firm revelations or touching on the law of consecration policy changes between Joseph and the bishopic on how it was implemented.  I skimmed the article and thought it was an excellent reading of the evidence which reconciled many things in my mind.  I thought I had bookmarked the article and cannot for the life of me find it.  It was not taken from his little book written several years ago titled "The Law of Consecration" but rather was a more recent writing.  I'm almost positive it was written by Lyndon Cook - and I'm trying to locate it again with no success.

Any of you know what I'm referring to?  Have a reference or weblink?  I know I'm not going crazy and it was a really nice write-up.

Was it this one? https://atom.lib.byu.edu/smh/20678/

The best article I know of on the United Firm is Max H. Parkin, "Joseph Smith and the United Firm."

You might be interested in a guy from Independence, MO, who wrote a lot on that subject back in the 1980s.

Raveill, Jack, ed., The Revelation Revisions of 1835, 2nd ed. (1984).  You might be able to find a copy in the RLDS Archives there.
